Walk in the footsteps of the 5^th Duke of Buccleuch and discover the magic hidden within the Victorian Designed Landscape.

Exploring the immediate grounds around Bowhill House, inspired by Sir Walter Scott and the “picturesque improver” William Sawrey Gilpin, this 1.25 mile walk takes in the working landscape including the Walled Garden, Greenhouses, Upper Loch and remnants of the Victorian path network.

Book as an add-on to the House Tour for £8 per person.
