Passes are available online for a quicker, hassle-free visit! But if you are an existing annual pass holder, save time entering your details by renewing on the renewal portal here using the pass holder’s surname, postcode, and email address, and create a password.

Annual Pass Details
Our great value pass lets you visit the Grounds and Adventure Playground again and again during our open period for one fixed price.
Annual Pass holders can also enjoy the walks and use the main car park or General’s Bridge Car Park all year round (please note all other facilities are closed).
Annual Pass holders also receive exclusive discounts on many of our event days – from our Easter Event and Victorian May Day Event, to our popular Halloween Event with a trail and pumpkin patch.

Whether you fancy a play in the playground or a walk around the loch, or a full day out exploring all that Bowhill has to offer, with an annual pass you can do both – as many times as you like!
A place to return to, again and again
With your annual pass, you can enjoy scenes and scents throughout the seasons. Spot the first signs of spring, enjoy a cuppa in the courtyard in early summer, admire the purple heather on Duchess Drive throughout the summer months, explore the grounds as they change for autumn, or spot the frozen loch as winter arrives.
Family Days Out to Remember
From June weekends in the Adventure Playground, to family hikes along the riverside to Newark Tower, you can enjoy endless days out as a family. And remember, annual pass holders get discounts for our popular Easter trail, May Day Event and even Halloween!

Annual pass holders can enjoy walks in the Grounds all year round. From watching fishermen on the peaceful Lochs Walk, to strolling among bluebells and wildlife on Bell O’ The Woods, to hiking up Duchess Drive or enjoying leisurely riverside wanders along Lady’s Walk – the choice is yours.
Terms and Conditions
- 2026 passes are valid from date of purchase until 31st December 2026.
- Annual Passes are not valid on event days, but please look out for discounts for pass holders.
- The Annual Pass card can only be used by the adults it was purchased for.
- It is non-transferable.
- Replacement passes will be charged £3
- It does not guarantee entry. On rare occasions we may need to close due to weather or limit numbers on busy days.
- Free admission cannot be granted without your card. Entry will be charged at the normal rate of admission.
- We reserve the right to change the annual pass benefits at any time.
- Adults must accompany their children at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or cancel passes without a refund if anyone behaves in an abusive of threatening way to our staff, contractors or other visitors.
- Please note on the booking system ‘membership’ is used interchangeably with Annual Pass
- To access the Grounds all year look out for an email once you have bought your pass, asking you to email your car registration details to our security team. Need help – contact us.
