A home away from home

The Bothy is located just off the main visitor hub, the Courtyard. This two-bedroom apartment has been recently modernised with all the fixtures and fittings you would expect from a modern self-catering holiday apartment. The apartment can sleep up to four people and two small dogs or 1 large.

Relaxing Rooms

In the Kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, electric cooker and hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

The two double bedrooms each have a small fitted wardrobe with hanging rails along with shelves/drawers for folded clothes.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over.

A Stunning Setting

The Bothy, is attached to historic Bowhill House itself, but a later addition from the main house which dates back to 1812. From the living room and main bedroom windows you can look over the private House gardens with views of the loch and the surrounding Valley. The bathroom and second bedroom windows also provide fantastic views of the Estate. Bowhill is great for walking and the Bothy is dog friendly making it ideal for country walks enjoying the Scottish Borders countryside.
